I'm not sure where to start. First, the fountain pen arrived earlier than I expected. I was impressed by the original packaging. However, all of that paled in comparison when I began writing. I'm an old Mont Blanc ride or die kind of writer and I've heard so many things about the Esteem Diplomat fountain pen, that I had to have one. There's no comparison. As for as Pen Chalet goes, don't hesitate to conduct business with this firm. They are top notch. You get what you ordered in a timely manner without any issues. I look forward to my next purchase.
