This is the black satin version of the pen. This is a resin pen and it comes with chrome accents. On the top of the cap we have the Aurora logo with a chrome clip and it has a chrome band on the top or the bottom the cap or the center band of the pen. Printed on that band is Aurora made in Italy. Then on the bottom of the barrel is a chrome cap to the bottom of the barrel. The cap on the pen is a compression fit. It simply snaps off. This pen can be used with or without the cap posted. That cap snaps on the top or the end of the barrel of the pen.
It has a new resin grip section with a large chrome band between the barrel in the grip section and as a chrome color clip with the word Aurora and the size of the nib, printed on the nib. To replace the ink on this pen, we simply unscrew the grip section, the nib section from the barrel and attached to the pen is empty cartridge. It comes with quite a large cartridge. There's an additional cartridge included with the pen underneath the false bottom of the box.

It is a large black leather case with a hard outer shell. It has the Aurora logo embossed on the top. The top of the case has a hinged top to it.
