This is the Aurora Alpha Collection fountain pen. Alpha is the first letter in the Greek alphabet. This is the box that it comes in. It is quite a large box. It has a lid that removes. Inside it is another box which is a leather case. It has a hinge top to it.

This particular pen is the black version. It also comes with a light blue and a red. All of them have chrome accents to them. You have the Aurora logo etched here in the ring and on the back it says Italy. It is an Italian made pen. It has a shiny resin finish to it.

The cap removes by unscrewing it. The nib on this pen is a 14kt gold nib. it has 14kt etched in the nib and Aurora. The nib section will unscrew. This is a cartridge or converter pen. This one is already pre-filled with ink because it is from our own private collection. You can remove the converter and replace it with a cartridge as well, whichever you would like.
