Overall this is a very nice, however, it does not have a clip. It has a nice streamlined look but again there is not a clip so it cannot be carried in a pocket without it falling over.
Also, no where in the description does it say anything related to not having a clip to be used in a pocket. Not sure yet but I may be returning this pen.
