Gold: The base ink colors, Red Velvet and Sunset Orange, are ready to combine with Pure Gold (for regal shine) or Hot Chocolate (for decadent radiance) shimmer liquids to create a myriad of shades from reds to browns to vibrant orange.
Green: The base ink colors, Vivid Blue and Golden Yellow, are ready to combine with Sky Blue (for a celestial sparkle) or Lilypad Green (for an earthy radiance) shimmer liquids to create a myriad of shades from the lightest of Lime Greens to the darkest of Teals.

How to Use Your Van Dieman's Vusion Ink Mixing Kit:

1. Start with a base ink. Use the eyedropper to transfer a portion of a base ink into the empty ink bottle.
2. Introduce the alternate color drop-by-drop while watching to see the changes in hue. *It's easier to darken an ink than to lighten it, so keep that in mind when adding color.
3. Once you like your base hue mixture, add shimmer liquid to add depth and sparkle. Use a drop or two per 20ml bottle for a light shimmer and add 2-3 squirts for a complete shimmer explosion.
4. Seal your 20ml ink bottle. When you're ready to use your ink, roll the bottle to distribute the shimmer particles. *Shaking the shimmering ink may introduce air bubbles into the ink that could prevent smooth ink flow.
5. Fill your pen as you would normally (depending on your filling mechanism).
