The full size invent inks come in a very interesting &#8220;footed&#8221; glass 50ml ink bottle with a label reflecting the color of the ink with the name printed clearly. The bottles have a twist off cap and a medium size opening. The bottles are nice and heavy and great for display. The bottles are packaged in an &#8220;inkvent&#8221; style cardboard box reflecting the color Diamine used for their annual inkvent calendar. This week\u2019s ink isn\u2019t intended to be waterproof, and when we ran the test we proved that. Here&#8217;s how the ink responded to water exposure: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Significant running of the ink<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No bleeding of ink through the paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noticeable feathering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obvious line distortion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slight dimming of the ink color<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diamine Fireside Snug Ink Review: Any Shading Traits? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We did notice that the ink offers some shading potential giving off orange verring towards a burnt orange hue. The ink color is darker than standard orange, not vibrant, but more of a powerful dark orange. It shows up well when writing with ink using a glass dip pen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diamine Fireside Ink Review: Any Sheening or Shimmer Properties? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diamine Fireside Snug offers a bit of shading, but that&#8217;s as far as it goes for special ink properties.
