Field Notes recently released their newest edition, the Field Notes Three Missions Notebooks! These notebooks commemorate the valiant quest to land on the moon, and the missions that got us there. Each pack comes with three notebooks, one for each of the three missions. Continue reading to learn more about the Three Missions Notebooks<\/a> and the missions they are dedicated to. Field Notes Three Missions Notebook<\/h2>\n

The first of the three Field Notes<\/a> notebooks is dedicated to the Mercury Mission. First approved in October of 1958, the Mercury mission lasted until 1963. There were several key milestones accomplished with with this mission, including the first American in space, and the First American to orbit the Earth.<\/p>\n

Second, we have the Gemini Mission which started in 1961 and ended in 1966. During this mission, Ed White II became the first human to “walk” in space, and was in open space for approximately 22 minutes. By the end of the mission, in 1996, Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin Jr “walked” in space for approximately 5.5 hours!
\nLast, but definitely not least, we have the world famous Apollo Mission. Started in 1961 and lasting until 1972, this mission rocked the world. During this mission, Neil L Armstrong became the first man to set foot on the moon. This single act has sparked innumerable theories, advancements, debates, etc. than almost any other breakthrough in space.<\/p>\n

Each Notebook contains more facts and figures, and also depict images of the missions on their respective covers in full color. The interior pages are Finch Opaque 60#T white graph paper. Field Notes took particular care to print the grids with\u00a0an extremely light \u201cFirmament Gray\u201d ink. In addition, each pack comes with three\u00a0\u201cPunch-Out and Assemble\u201d Mission-Specific Crew Capsule Models!
