To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Aurora 88<\/a>, the Aurora pen company<\/a> has released the\u00a0Aurora 88 Sole Fountain Pen. Each individual pen is engraved with a unique serial number on the top of the cap and with only 888 pieces made of this limited edition pen, it is sure to become a collectors item.<\/p>\n

Aurora 88 Sole Limited Edition Fountain Pen<\/p><\/div>\n

The pen is made with a beautiful orange marbled resin\u00a0with black resin on the section, top of the twist off cap, and end of the barrel. The pen is then finished with gold trim, rings and matching clip. The pen is fitted with a solid 18k gold nib in either extra fine, fine, medium, or broad nib sizes. The Aurora 88 Sole features a piston fill mechanism for use with bottled fountain pen ink<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0and has\u00a0a small transparent orange ink viewing window between the section and barrel.<\/p>\n

The pen is 15mm(.6in) in diameter, measures 135mm(5.9in) when closed and 157mm(6.2in) when posted. The pen comes in an oversize Aurora gift box for safe keeping.<\/p>\n
