The Sheaffer Intensity fountain pen uses a proprietary ink cartridge and will not accept a standard international nib. It takes the Sheaffer Skrip Ink Cartridges and the barrel will only allow enough room for the one ink cartridge.

Yes, all we currently have available is the medium nib.

Yes, I would say the pen is on the narrower side. The barrel is a slight taper from about 3/8" at the end and about 1/2" at the top of the cap.
