It looked better in the picture. I expected a solid plastic as in the Pilot Varsity disposable pens, but this pen is made out of a softer type that I feel makes it seem cheap. Of course, it is cheap! Nicer than a Sharpie. Nice for practicing Kanji.

I love the idea! But don't care for the pen at all! Way too soft to the extent of not being able to write/print with it. I like the pen quality, love the style, value is nonexistent for me and functionality is poor.
