Pelikan Special Edition Souveran M800 Burnt Orange Video Script

This is the Pelikan Souveran M800 Special Edition Burnt Orange fountain pen. It comes in a large cardboard box. The Pelikan logo is printed in brown on the top of the box lid. Underneath on the bottom of box is a faux wood. The box lid simply slides off.

Included with the pen is a nice, soft leather carrying case. Pelikan logo is embossed on the bottom corner, stitching on both edges, and it has an elastic closure that holds this top flap closed with the nice large medallion with the Pelikan logo. That elastic comes off, allows the flap to open.

Inside we have the Pelikan Souveran M800 Burnt Orange Special Edition fountain pen. Beautiful orange resin barrel with brown resin on the cap and the end of the barrel. Gold accents throughout the pen. You'll see the gold Pelikan logo on the top of the gold finial. Gold Pelikan beak-shaped clip, traditional shape of the Pelikan Souveran pens. At the bottom of the cap there is two bands, a thick and thinner gold band. On the thicker band, "Pelikan Souveran Germany" is engraved. And at the bottom barrel of the pen, this is the piston actuator which is separated by two gold bands from the rest of the barrel of the pen.

The cap is threaded and unscrews. You can post the cap on the pen. This is the 800 size, so it is one of the larger Souverans. You can use the pen without the cap post if you'd prefer.

The section on the pen is that same brown resin. Gold band here at the bottom of the section separating the nip. And you can see the beautiful Pelikan two-tone nib, the gold and the silver color with the Pelikan logo engraved on it. It also has a designation there for the 18-carat gold nib. On the backside you can see the feed for the pen. To fill this pen, it's a piston style, so you would unscrew this nob here to run or actuate the piston in the center of the barrel of pen to fill it with ink.
